The aim of the study programme is to prepare highly educated graduates who are able to perform scientific and research tasks of basic and applied research in relation to the problems of technical practice, especially in electrotechnical and electronic systems in transport.
Depending on the focus of their dissertations, graduates of this specialisation have thorough knowledge of electric traction systems in road and rail vehicles, dependent traction energy systems, electromobility, safety control systems in transport and automation, radio communication and sensor technology in vehicles and systems.
