Graduates have job opportunities in both basic and applied research, and particularly in companies that focus on the development and production of organic compounds (natural substances, pharmaceuticals, dyes, compounds for optoelectronics, etc.) Graduates from the Organic Chemistry study programme have the knowledge necessary to process and address in a creative way the complex roles involved in the chemistry of organic compounds and related disciplines, not only in terms of chemical research and chemical production, but also in terms of application, use and the potential impact of chemicals on all areas of human activity.
Graduates are also able to develop and introduce research results into chemical practice and to participate independently in addressing scientific and research tasks.
