This two-year, tuition-free Master of Arts (MA) programme, taught in English, is conducted in cooperation with the Centre for Ethics as Study in Human Value, an internationally renowned research centre. The programme offers full specialisation in the two main domains of practical philosophy: ethics and political philosophy. It is ideally, but not exclusively, suited for students with a BA degree in general philosophy.

The master's joint degree programme in financial data analytics and sustainable finance is a collaboration between four European universities in the Czech Republic, Cyprus, Italy, and Lithuania. It aims to equip graduates with comprehensive knowledge of finance and advanced technologies to cope with the challenges of financial innovation. FINDATA is an English-language programme that allows students to experience various European universities. They begin their studies in Pardubice, the Czech Republic, then move on to Nicosia, Cyprus, and later select either Rome, Italy, or Vilnius, Lithuania. They also have the option to choose any of the four universities for their final semester thesis. The study programme offers students a choice of two specialisations: corporate finance, or financial markets. Materials Chemistry deals with areas involving the production and processing of inorganic - and also organic - materials, and methods for determining material properties.

Master study programme „Rail Vehicles“ in English language, based on long-term experience with Czech study programmes on railway technology. The students are expected to hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar. The two-year study programme will build on previous general technical education and provide the students with complex knowledge of design, manufacturing, testing, operation and maintenance of rail vehicles.
