Graduates of the study programme History, specialisation Protection of Historical Monuments will be prepared for the application of competencies for the work of higher professional staff in institutions with a historical focus (monument institutes, museums, civic associations, etc.) and in relevant departments of state administration, ensuring the agenda of care for material cultural heritage. They will be able to provide basic characteristics and documentation of historical monuments, and process materials for artistic and historical analysis of immovable monuments or their collections.
